TTS has experience repairing
both steam and gas turbine
rotors, including blade replacement,
un-stacking and
re-stacking, balancing and
non-destructive testing (NDT).
Our in-house capabilities
include:
- Three individual balance systems with capacity up to 110,000 lbs. (49,895 kg engine lathe capacity up to 112 in. (284 cm) of swing and 49 ft. (14.9 m) between centers
- 55 tons of overhead crane capacity
- 60 x 20 x 20 ft. (18.2 x 6.1 x 6.1 m) blast cleaning facility in full environmental compliance ensuring clients meet OSHA 19.10 compliance
- Rotor stacking pits capable of handling large steam turbine rotors and up to GE® F7 or SW 501 gas turbine rotors
- Vertical balancing system for wheels and discs up to 5,000 lbs.
